Which process is consuming majority of central processing unit?

How do you determine which process is consuming the majority of the central processing unit? (I prefer to get a list of the top ten.)
In order to properly answer this question, I would recommend leveraging a tool to provide the information. The two primary tools that ship with SQL Server are SQL Server Profiler and System Monitor.
