Using a non-printable character as a delimiter

We want to use a delimiter in a text file that will be imported in SQL Server. We want to use a non-printable character as delimiter, so that it can not be typed from the keyboard. Can we use a non-printable character as delimiter for SQL Server, and if so, which is the best one to use?

As long as it has an ASCII key code, it can be used. I don't have any suggestions on which one to use as they are all the same to SQL Server and just simply a character code to store.
