Transferring an Access database to SQL Server, keeping the Access front end

How do you transfer an Access database to SQL Server, and still keep the Access front end? Does this also have an increased performance problem?

You upsize the data into SQL Server. You then rename the tables in your Access database. Then you link in the tables from the new database. Once linked in, you change the name to match what they originally were in Access. Test your application.
