Is it possible to execute a stored procedure in Oracle from SQL Server 6.5?

My application is a VB-SQL server client server. Now I have to execute an Oracle stored procedure. I have around 2,500 users. So, its almost impossible to install the Oracle clent on all user machines and access the Oracle database from each client directly. Can I connect to the Oracle DB from my SQL Server and execute the SP?. Is this possible from SQL Server 6.5?

It is NOT possible from SQL Server 6.5. It can be done from SQL Server 7.0 and 2000 using DTS.
