Getting information about stored procedures

Is there a way to compare the source of a stored procedure on a certain database to the same procedure on another database? Can one obtain the date/time a stored procedures has been modified/created?

You can obtain the creation date from the information schema views. As long as the procedure isn't encrypted, you can pull the code from syscomments. Alternatively, you can use a tool like SQL Compare from Red Gate or DBArtisan Change Manager from Embarcadero.
