Creating installation program to create new database

Is it possible to create an installation program that will create a database within SQL Server? For example, if I want to create a new database in another machine, I'll just run the installation program to create that new database based on the structure of an existing database I've chosen.

All your installation routine has to do is connect to a specified SQL Server. From there, you can issue any commands to the SQL Server that your login gives you the authority to do.
