Calling a stored procedure from a stored procedure in COBOL

Is it possible to call a stored procedure from within another stored procedure in COBOL?

Cobol is just a front-end to calling stored procedures. You can call a procedure within a procedure regardless of the development language you are using. You do this by simply embedding the following within an existing stored procedure:

exec <procname> <parms>
Where <procname> is the name of the procedure you wish to call and <parms> are any parameters that you need to send it.

A VERY good place to learn stored procedure techniques along with a LOT of undocumented stuff is by going through the system stored procedures that Microsoft ships with the product and places in the master database.
