12 of 15 replication tips: Replicate to objects with different schemas
For a more scalable repliction solution, use a custom sync object to replicate to objects that have different schemas on the publisher than on the subscriber. A custom sync object is a view that the replication subsystem uses to generate the .bcp and schema files needed to create the table's schema and data on the subscriber. You can accomplish this only by using the replication stored procedures, which are built based on this custom sync object as well.
If this does not work for you, try to create an indexed view on the publisher that looks like the schema of the object on the subscriber, and replicate the indexed view as a table.
