I want to perform a defragmentation on one of our high availability cluster environment production servers. This is the first time we're performing a defragmentation on that server. Since it has very large databases, we want to give it a run on a test environment first.
My plan is simple: I will take large database's backup and restore it in the test environment and then perform the defragmentation. Assuming it works, can I expect the same result on our production server?
