Sorting dimensions using Analysis Services

Find out how to sort dimensions by calculated members using Analysis Services in SQL Server 2000.

We're using MS SQL Server 2000 and now I'm preparing my very first report using Analysis Services. I have created a cube with some calculated members and now I would like to sort one or more dimensions by a calculated member. How can I do it?
In Analysis Services 2000, custom sorting was done via the Analysis Manager. This is considered an advanced feature. Here is an article explaining how to do it.
