Recovering lost data by examining transaction logs

Recover lost data through transaction logs by using tools like Lumigent's Log Explorer, if your is database set to Full Recovery mode.

I made a system release at 12 p.m. and overwrote a table by mistake. I have a backup from the night before (12 a.m.), but from the time I did the backup and the time of the release some records were lost as they were written to the DB during that time. Can I examine the transaction logs to recover the data?
